实行初诊查痰半月报和规划月报提高涂阳肺结核病人发现探索

Exploration the effect of implement half monthly and programme monthly report of smear checking in increasing the discovery of smear positive patients

目的分析实行初诊查痰综合管理措施对提高涂阳肺结核病人发现的影响。方法对比分析河北省承德市实行初诊查痰综合管理措施前(2007-2008年)和实行措施后(2009-2010年)初诊查痰和涂阳病人发现情况。结果承德市实行初诊查痰综合管理措施后,初诊查痰率由年均55.6%提高到70.3%,涂阳登记率由年均35.82/10万提高到45.89/10万,分别提高了26.4%和28.1%。结论承德市通过实行初诊查痰综合管理措施提高了初诊查痰率,并切实促进了涂阳肺结核病人发现水平的明显提升;同时还要采取必要的初诊患者痰标本质量保证措施。

Objective To analysis the impact of implement comprehensive managements of preliminary sputum examination on finding smears positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Method Contrastive analysis the information of preliminary sputum examination and smear positive patients before（2007-2008）and after（2009-2010）implement comprehensive managements in Chengde city.Results After the comprehensive managements performed,the annual average preliminary sputum examination rate of first diagnosis patients increased from 55.6% to 70.3%,the annual average registration rate of the smear positive patients rose from 35.82/100000 to 45.89/100000,improving 26.4% and 28.1%,respectively.Conclusions By implement comprehensive managements of preliminary sputum examination could remarkable improve the sputum examination rate,it can lifting the smear positive patients detection rate,at the same time,taking sputum samples quality assurance was necessary.
