连云港市医疗卫生机构传染病疫情管理人员现状调查

Investigation on the administrators status of legal infectious diseases in medical institutions of Lianyungang

目的掌握连云港市各级各类医疗卫生机构疫情管理人员现状,为传染病疫情管理队伍建设提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对全市148个各级各类医疗机构进行调查。结果该市传染病疫情电脑专用率较低,为57.43%,148名疫情管理人员平均年龄为37.21岁,从事疫情管理工作5年以下者占56.08%,大专学历占44.59%,公卫专业占41.89%,医疗和护理专业占42.57%,其它医学专业和非卫技专业占15.54%,中级以上职称占30.41%,无职称占10.14%,90.54%人员1年中参加了市、县级以上培训,75.00%人员兼职其它工作。结论连云港市医疗卫生机构疫情人员管理亟待加强,业务素质有待提高。

Objective To grasp the current situation of administrators of infection disease in medical institutions at all levels,in order to provide basis for construction management teams.Method 148 administrators of medical institutions at all levels were investigated by questionnaire.Results The computer special rate of infection disease was low（57.43%） in our city,the average age of disease management group was 37.21,worked less than 5 years was accounted for 56.08%,tertiary education was accounted for 44.59%,public health professionals was accounted for 41.89%,medical and nursing was accounted for 42.57%,other medical professionals and non-health technicians was accounted for 15.54%.With intermediate certificated and above was accounted for 30.41%,without professional title was 10.14%,90.54% of the administrators took part in the training above the county level within 1 year and 75.00% were part-time staffs.Conclusions The management of infectious diseases administrators in medical institutions of lianyungang city need to strengthen and professional quality should to be improved.
