摘要
目的比较采用SRS器械复位固定后两种椎间融合法,对腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法Ⅲ度以内腰椎峡部崩裂滑脱共42例,A组共22例,SRS器械复位后,行椎间cage融合,B组20例SRS复位固定后行椎体间植骨融合。对比观察两组临床疗效,X线影像结果(矫正度,滑脱间隙高度及植骨融合情况)及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后即刻X线结果(矫正度,滑脱间隙高度),两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),临床疗效(短期内)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后3个月X线检查(矫正度,滑脱间隙高度)两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),椎间融合情况B组优于A组(P<0.05)。两组临床疗效及术后并发症均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 SRS器械复位后椎间cage融合及椎体间植骨融合方法都是治疗腰椎滑脱的有效方法。椎间cage融合对于早期支撑作用优秀,但在椎间融合方面不如椎间植骨融合,但临床效果不受影响。
Objective To compare the curative effects of two interverterbral fusion methods after using the SRS instrument to restore: A: interverterbral cage fusion,B: interverterbral bone grafting fusion,for treatment of lumbar spondylolithesis.Methods Within Ⅲ° lumbar spondylolithesis was in 42 pations.A group 22 patiens were treated by interverterbral cage fusion after using the SRS instrument to restore,B group 20 pations were treated by interverterbral bone grafting fusion after using the SRS instrument to restore.X ray exam.result(rectification angle,the height of disc space and bone grafting fusion situation) and postoperation syndrom were observed and compared each other.Results There was no significant difference in X rays result(rectification angle,the height of disc space)after operation instantly and clinical effect in short time(P〉0.05) between two groups.There was no significant difference in X ray(rectification angle,the height of disc space) between two groups(P〉0.05).There was significant difference in interverterbral fusion situation A group was superior to B group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical effect and syndrom postoperation(P〉0.05) between two groups.Conclusion Two interverterbral fusion methods after using the SRS instrument to restore are effective for treatment of lumbar spondylolithesis.A group' methods are outstanding in the early strut function,is inferior to B group in interverterbral fusion aspect,but the clinical effect is not affected.
