摘要
在河南省沿黄滩区,通过播前基施硒钴配合微肥研究其对紫花苜蓿光合能力以及生产水平的影响。结果表明:硒钴配合微肥均能够显著提高从现蕾期到开花期苜蓿的叶绿素含量和净光合能力,提高苜蓿单位叶面积生产干物质的速率。其中,硒肥570g/hm2、钴肥762g/hm2配合基施的效果最佳,和对照相比,从现蕾期到开花期苜蓿叶片中叶绿素含量提高了6.41%(P<0.05),净同化率提高了5.65%(P<0.05),花期地上生物量提高了8.1%(P<0.05)。
On alfalfa grassland in Yellow river beach, a field experiment was conducted to study effects .of selenium and cobalt combined basal fertilizers on photosynthesis and production performance of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. ). The results showed that selenium and cobalt combined basal fertilizers could raise c rate and enhance production rate of dry matter m2 and 762g/hm2 of selenium and cobalt respec :h chlorophyll content in leaves could be raised by rooted by 5.65%(P〈.05) from ramification to (P〈0.05) in florescence.
