探讨让PVC中小树脂厂走出困境的途径

摘要 介绍了笔者研制出的性价比较高的神奇纳米碳酸钙、低铅稳定剂和改性钛白粉,以这3种加工助剂为基础投建加工助剂厂,并与树脂厂、加工厂合办,其PVC-U制品的原料成本比单办加工厂的原料成本降低800~850元/t。 This paper introduced a kind of high cost-effective magical nano--CaCO3, low-lead stabilizer and modified titanium dioxide, which were developed by the author. If an processing aid factory was constructed to produce the above three aids, and cooperated with resin production plants and processing factories, the raw material cost of PVC-U could be reduced by 800---850 RMB ~ per ton compared with the single processing factory.
