舰船首尾移水系统水锤特性仿真与试验 被引量:6

摘要 舰船首尾水舱移水管路具有管路长、水力条件复杂、流速较高等特点,且移水结束后,电液球阀需要被自动地快速切断系统,系统在实际运行中存在着比较严重的水锤问题。本文采用仿真与试验的方法,对舰船首尾移水系统水锤特点进行了研究。结果表明,电液球阀快速关闭时,系统存在明显的水锤现象,离阀门越近的位置,压力冲击峰值越大;延长电液球阀关闭时间,可以有效抑制系统水锤的冲击。 The pipeline between stem cabin and stern cabin in warship has some characteristics,such as pipeline length,hydraulic conditions complex and high velocity.After moving water,electro-hydraulic ball valve needs to be automatically fast to cut off the system.These cause the system exists serious water hammer problem in actual operation.This paper studies the water hammer characteristic of pitch trim system in warship by simulation and test methods.The results show that when the electtic-hydraulic globe vavle is closed rapidly,the water hammer phenomena exists obviously in the system,and the peak value of pressure increases with the satuation more closer to vavle.The system water hammer can be reduced effectively through the measure to add the response time of vavle.
