Effect of Particle Size of High Purity HNS on Initiation Sensitivity of Slapper

摘要 采用爆炸箔冲击片试验研究了高纯HNS粒度对其冲击片起爆性能的影响,并对不同粒度HNS的冲击片起爆性能进行了数值模拟。结果表明:随着高纯HNS粒度的减小,药剂窄脉冲起爆能量(电压)随之降低;得到了HNS粒度对冲击片感度影响的半经验公式,为以后高纯HNS的冲击片起爆研究与应用提供了支持。 Effect of particle size of high purity HNS on initiation performance of slapper was studied by exploding foil initiation test, and initiation performance of slapper for HNS with different particle size was numerical simulated. Results showed that threshold energy for slapper detonator was decreased with the decrease of particle size of high purity HNS, and semi-empirical expressions of particle size of HNS influencing on initiation energy was obtained, which could support the further study.
