裁员风波中针对存续员工的员工援助计划 被引量:1

摘要 一项失败的裁员计划将带来许多负面影响。本文认为,裁员管理是一项持续性、整体性的管理。企业应针对存续员工实施员工援助计划,以便通过明晰组织发展战略、持续沟通和强有力的领导真正实现"减员增效"。
