What Is Theory in the "Post-theory Era"?

"后理论时代"是人类在后现代盛行之后所进入的一个时代。在此时代,人类面临着环境恶化、过度消费、数字化生活等所带来的前所未有的困境。后理论时代人类面临着双重使命:既要重建理论,也要重建生活。理论要重振雄风,必须既要反对理论主义,也要超越后现代主义。具体道路可以有三条:坚持生活伦理,反对理论主义;坚持复杂思维,超越后现代主义;坚持思与诗合一,走向"活的理论"。

＂ Post-theory era＂ is a period in the wake of the post-modern time. Theory, to be rebooted, is supposed to defy doctrinism and meanwhile to surpass post - modernism. There are three specific approaches, the adherence to life ethics while against doetrinism, the adherence to complex thinking over post - modernism, and the adherence to the unity of thinking and poetry, making its way for ＂live theory＂.
