Drug Control from the Legal Economic Perspective

毒品问题不仅仅是一个社会治安问题,而是一个涉及政治、经济、社会、文化等诸多方面的问题。毒品治理的成效如何,事关一个民族、一个国家的兴亡。目前我国的禁毒斗争形势依然严峻,面对复杂多变的毒品市场,本文试着从法经济学的角度出发,在完全竞争市场的假设下,对现行毒品治理方法进行分析,从而得到关于市场机制及其资源配置的一些基本原理,实现毒品治理的效益最大化。

Drug involves more of a multi-aspect problem in terms of polities, economy, society and culture than the topic of social public security. The effect of drug control is immediately related to the rise and fall of a nation. Currently, the situation of drug prohibition remains harsh in China. Considering the complicated and varied drug-trafficking markets, this article, on the assumption of the perfect market competition, analyzes the current practices of drug control from the perspective of legal economics. It has provided some fundamental principles of market mechanism and resource distribution, aiming to maximize the benefit of drug control.
