摘要 长期以来,我国小学教师、初中教师和高中教师的培养培训是分机构、分段进行的。随着中小学教师培养培训机构的整合、基础教育的发展变化以及师范生"所学非所教"等就业问题的凸显,分离式培养小学、初中和高中教师的传统教师教育模式受到了巨大挑战。在此背景下,提出了教师教育要培养贯通整个基础教育而不仅仅是某一阶段的"整合连贯型"师资人才,并对"整合连贯型"教师教育模式改革的基本问题做了探讨。 For a long time, the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools are carried out separately in different institutions and phases. With the integration of the training institutions for the primary and secondary school teachers, with the changes of basic education, and with the severity of employment situation in which normal university graduates usually do not teach the course related to their majors, a great challenge has been brought to the traditional separate teacher education mode for primary and secondary school teachers. It is proposed in such circumstances that teacher training be carried out continuously throughout the entire basic education instead of being merely confined to the training at a certain phase under the "integrated coherence mode". Moreover, this "integrated" mode is explored in the article considering its problems and reform.
