摘要
绩效考核体系的实施对煤矿企业,尤其是组织机构较复杂的大型煤炭企业,具有良好的推广价值。结合煤矿企业绩效考核的现状,对绩效考核的概念、作用、考核体系、考核方法加以探讨与研究,旨在提高煤矿企业的精细化管理水平和煤矿企业的综合竞争能力。
The implement of performance assessment system is a good promotion valuable for coal mining enterprises,especially for the coal enterprises which have much more complex organizations.This paper discusses and researches on the concept,function,evaluation system and methods of performance assessment which are combined with the current situation of coal mining enterprises,aiming to provide the fine management level and comprehensive competitiveness of a coal mining enterprises.
