在简要分析绩效管理意义的基础上,重点阐述了中利公司月度绩效管理的实践及存在的问题和不足,并提出优化绩效管理的对策。
On the basis of brief analysis on the significance of performance management,the paper introduces the practice of monthly performance management in Joinlion Company and the existing problems and disadvantages,and provides countermeasures to optimize the management.
