摘要
针对传统封孔方法在松软煤层瓦斯抽放封孔时,存在质量差、衰减快、预抽期长的问题,对聚氨酯注浆封孔技术进行试验研究,结果表明,采用聚氨酯注浆封孔技术后,钻孔瓦斯抽放浓度能够达到90%以上,比传统封孔方法提高了4.3倍,有效地解决了抽放钻孔瓦斯浓度偏低的问题。
Aiming at the problems of conventional borehole-sealing methods in soft coal seams during the gas drainage, such as poor quality, fast reduction and long time for gas predrainage, the experimental investigation of polyurethane grouting for borehole sealing was carried out. The results showed that the concentration of drained gas was over 90% after borehole-sealing by polyurethane grouting, 4. 3 times than that by conventional method, enhancing the gas drainage efficiency.
