The paper analyzes the safety management and control mode between the parent company and its subsidiaries from the angle of parent company.Based on the characteristics of work safety of Kailuan Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the author of this paper introduces the design and application of contractual safety management and control mode of Kailuan Group and its coal chemical subsidiaries with high risk.
