摘要
介绍了采用煤矸砖隧道窑余热利用系统对冷却段砖的物理显热进行回收的方案,用实例验证了余热利用系统的技术参数、经济效益及环境效益,最后对受热面的安全性进行了分析。
The sensible heat of cooling bricks was recovered by the system for surplus heat utilization of coal gangue brick tunnel kiln.The technical parameters,economic and environment benefits of the system were proved by the practical application,and the safety of heating surface was analyzed.
