4月龄泥鳅形态性状对体重的影响分析 被引量:16

摘要 随机选取305尾不同家系的4月龄泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus),测量其体重、全长、体长、头长、体高、尾柄高、尾柄长和体厚共8个性状指标。采用相关分析和通径分析方法,分别计算泥鳅各形态性状对体重的相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,揭示影响4月龄泥鳅体重的主要形态性状。结果表明,各形态性状与体重的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。全长、体高、头长是直接影响体重的重要指标;其中,全长对体重的直接影响最大(0.548),对体重的决定程度最高(0.3003),其他性状对体重的直接作用较小,主要通过全长间接地影响体重。通过逐步多元回归分析,经偏回归系数显著性检验,以全长(X1)、头长(X2)、体高(X3)、尾柄高(X4)和尾柄长(X5)建立最优多元回归方程为Y=-4.515+0.255X1+1.744X2+1.966X3+1.422X4+0.511X5。在泥鳅选育实际操作中,可以通过该方程对泥鳅体重进行预测和控制,主要用泥鳅全长指标进行选择,以达到间接选育体重、优化其生长性能的目的。 305 4-month Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were randomly sampled from different families for measuring body weight and seven morphological traits including total length,body length,head length,body height,tail handle height,tail handle length and body width.By correlation analysis and path analysis,the correlation coefficient,path coefficient and determination coefficient of all characteristics of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus to weight were calculated respectively,which revealed main traits affecting weight.The result showed that the correlation coefficient of all traits of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus to weight was high(P0.01);Total length,weight and head length were important influencing indexes,among which total length had the most significant direct effect(0.548),and the weight was mainly decided by it(0.3003).While other characteristics had small direct influence,and mainly total length influenced weight indirectly.In addition after progressive multiple regression analysis and partial regression coefficient test,the optimal multiple regression equation was established:Y=-4.515+0.255X1 +1.744X2+1.966X3+1.422X4+0.511X5,among which X1 refers to total length,X2 head length,X3 height,X4 caudal peduncle height and X5 caudal peduncle length.In Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seed selection,their weight can be forecast and controlled by this equation,and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus of heavy weight in future can be selected with a reference to its total length.
