摘要
为了防止给水处理工艺中曝气生物滤池配水区内藻类滋生和泥砂沉积,对原工艺进行了改进:用配水区内形成的气垫层来防止藻类的滋生;在滤池底部增设穿孔管和排砂管,采取下冲洗的方式来清除沉积泥砂。试验期间,BAF配水区内没有出现藻类滋生和泥砂沉积现象,且运行稳定。当气水比为0.5时,气垫层厚度为0.8~1.1 cm;水头损失变化平稳,冲洗前平均水头损失约为6.00 kPa,冲洗后平均水头损失为5.20 kPa,日增长趋势平缓。
In order to prevent algae growth and sediment deposition in water distribution area of BAF, the BAF process was improved. The test methods are to form the cushion layer in water distribution area that prevents the algae growth and to lay perforated pipe and desihing pipe in the bottom of the filter that remove sediment deposition by rinsing down. During the test, the phenomena of algae growth and sediment deposition do not appear in water distribution area of BAF, and the filter operates stably. When the air-water ratio is 0.5, the thickness of air cushion layer maintains between 0.8 and 1.1 cm. The filter head loss has a smooth change. The average head loss is 6.00 kPa before washing and 5.20 kPa after washing. The growth of head loss trends slowly.
