摘要
采用河道模拟模型,对受轻度污染河水进行了投菌法的修复研究,考察了投加方式、复投加参数以及停留时间对修复效果的影响。结果表明,最佳的投菌方式为连续投加;最佳复投加时间间隔为13 d,复投量为初投量的1/3;从投菌点算起,投菌随水流8 d时,对COD和NH_3-N的降解效果最佳。
A bacteria-feeding process was used to remedy slightly polluted river water in the river channel model. The influence of factors such as feeding modes, refeeding parameters and residence time on bioremediation effect was investigated. The results show that the optimal mode of feeding bacteria is continuous addition, the optimal time interval of refeeding bacteria is 13 d, the refeeding dosage is 1/3 of the first dosage. From the point where bacteria are fed and after the water flows for 8 d, the degradation effect of COD and NH3 - N is best.
