摘要
对2004—2009年我国公共图书馆业务活动及经费状况数据进行了统计分析,发现我国公共图书馆的建设发展虽然很迅速,但经费及各项业务活动的年均增长率有很大差异,且各个项目之间的波动差异也非常大。由此可看出我国公共图书馆目前存在着经费投入不足、管理体制落后、服务功能下降等方面的问题。针对这些问题,提出了公共图书馆建设应加强公共图书馆经费保障机制,积极探索新的服务体系模式及明确以读者为中心的服务理念等可持续发展策略。
Based on the analysis of public library business activities and funds in China from 2004 to 2009, the development speed of public libraries in China is very rapid, but the average annual growth rate of funds and business activities is rather imbalanced. Due to the reasons such as inadequate funding, the management system backward and service function decline, public library needs to strengthen the construction of public library funds safeguard mechanism, explore new service system model and set up reader center as service concept.
