摘要
拟通过对图书馆绩效管理中的心理效应研究,使图书馆管理人员在执行图书馆绩效管理时,针对不同层次工作人员的各种心理特点及不同的心理需求,充分发挥心理效应的积极效应,避免心理效应的负面效应,促进图书馆事业的发展,对图书馆更进一步地科学管理有一定的参考作用。
The paper makes research of psychological effect in library performance management. Though the research, psychological effect plays an advantage role in library performance management which aims at different staff in different level with different psychological characteristics and psychological need. It helps to avoid disadvantage effect in psychological effect and promote development of library career. Moreover, it can do some help to library scientific management.
