摘要 详细介绍了多伦多公共图书馆人性化的馆舍布局、先进的服务理念、多元化的服务内容,并探讨了对我国公共图书馆提升服务的启示。 Humanization library layout, advanced service concept as well as diversified services in Toronto Public Library have been introduced in details, and enlightenment to Chinese public libraries has been investigated.
