产业竞争情报预警工作中的风险识别研究——以我国光伏发电产业为例

Research on Risk Identification in Industrial Competitive Intelligence Early Warning Work

作为产业风险预警工作的重要组成部分,风险识别是开展产业预警的前期基础性环节。在引入产业竞争情报理论的基础上,对影响产业风险的各类诱发因素进行系统剖析,提出产业风险来源的三维式分析框架,论述将产业竞争情报运用于产业风险识别的相关思路,并结合理论探讨我国光伏发电产业的实际案例,系统阐述其风险的主要来源以及产业竞争情报在其风险识别过程中的具体应用。

As an important part of industrial risk early warning work, risk identification is the earlier stage fundamental link in industrial early warning. Based on the introduction of the theory of industrial competitive intelli- gence, this article gives a systematic analysis of various inducing factors affecting industrial risk, proposes a threedimensional analysis framework for the sources of industrial risk, and discusses the idea of applying industrial competitive intelligence in industrial risk identification. The article takes the actual case of the Chinese Photovoltaie Power Industry for example to systematically expound the main sources of the risk and the specific application of industrial competitive intelligence in risk identification.
