摘要
首先分析联盟企业间知识共享冲突的主要表现及症结所在,然后对相关冲突协调对策进行探讨,具体包括保证联盟企业自愿平等地参与、完善信任机制、在互惠基础上协调各方利益、引入第三方机构协调冲突、激励成员共享的积极性和促进知识创新等,以达到保护与鼓励企业联盟知识共享的目的。
This paper firstly analyzes the main manifestations and sticking point of conflicts among allied enterprises in knowledge sharing. Then it discusses the coordinated countermeasures for conflicts, including ensuring that the allied enterprises participate in knowledge sharing on a voluntary and equal basis, perfecting the trust mecha- nism, coordinating the interest of all parties on a reciprocal basis, introducing the third party organization in resol- ving conflicts, arousing the enthusiasm of member enterprises in knowledge sharing, and promoting knowledge inno- vation with the purpose of protecting and encouraging allied enterprises in knowledge sharing.
