摘要
在定性分析虚拟企业知识转移对企业自主创新能力影响作用的基础上,构建虚拟企业知识转移提升企业创新能力的效用概念模型,借助结构方程模型与统计软件进行实证研究。结果表明:虚拟企业知识联盟对企业提升知识创新与技术创新绩效有较大的促进作用,但对成员企业的管理创新绩效效用不大。同时,提出在虚拟企业知识转移过程中提高成员企业自主创新能力的对策与建议。
Based on the qualitative analysis of the influence of virtual enterprise knowledge transfer on enterprise independent innovation capability, this paper constructs a concept model, which describes how virtual enterprise knowledge transfer increases the effectiveness of enterprise independent innovation capability. The paper makes an empirical study by using the structural equation model and the statistical software. The results indicate that the virtual enterprise knowledge coalition plays a greater promotion role in improving the performance of enterprise knowledge innovation and technology innovation, but has little effect on improving the performance of member enter- prise management innovation. The paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the independent innovation capability of member enterprises during the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer process.
