摘要
本研究从虚拟社区知识共享和社区参与的动因出发,来探索虚拟社区成员人际信任和自我效能的影响,构建虚拟社区人际信任和自我效能对知识共享和社区参与水平影响的理论模型,提出相关假设。对虚拟社区的注册会员进行问卷调查,对问卷调查所得的292份有效问卷的样本数据,运用结构方程模型分析软件AMOS 17.0进行探索性和验证性分析,检验了所提理论模型和研究假设。实证研究表明,社区成员情感信任和自我效能有利于虚拟社区知识共享和社区参与水平的提高。
Proceeding from the motivation of virtual community knowledge sharing and participation, this paper explores the influence of interpersonal trust and self-efficacy of the virtual community members, constructs a theoretical model of the influence of interpersonal trust and self-efficacy of the virtual community on the knowledge sharing and participation level, and proposes relevant hypotheses. To test the proposed theoretical model and hypotheses, the paper makes a questionnaire survey of the registered members of the virtual community, and uses the structural equation model analysis software AMOS 17.0 to make an exploratory and validating analysis of the sample data obtained from the 292 effective questionnaires. The empirical study shows that the community members' emotional trust and self-efficacy contribute to the increase of the virtual community knowledge sharing and participation level.
