信息化与工业化融合进程的实时测度机制系统实现初探

Probe into the Implementation of the Real-time Evaluation System of the Fusion of Industrialization and Informationization

通过对当前社会信息化测度指标体系研究背景及现状的总结,指出信息化测度的科学性和重要性,并结合以各企业、行业、城市和区域为对象的两化融合发展水平和指标体系建设的研究,指出建立信息化与工业化融合进程的实时测度机制已经具有较为成熟的理论基础,提出系统的基本构想。实验表明,该系统构想具有切实的可行性,在未来的发展中,将计算机技术、数据处理技术引入这一领域是十分必要的。

Based on the summary of the research background and status of the current social informationization evaluation index system, this paper points out that informationization evaluation is scientific and important. And in combination with the study of the development level of the fusion of industrialization and informationization and its in- dex system construction, which takes different enterprises, industries, cities and areas as the object, the paper points out that the construction of the real-time evaluation mechanism for the fusion of the industrialization and infor- mationization process already has relatively mature theoretical basis. The paper puts forward the basic idea of the system, and the experiment indicates finally that the idea of the system is feasible. In the future development, it is necessary to introduce the computer technology and data processing technology into this field.
