摘要
针对薄壁类零件加工的困境,在分析了加工变形的主要因素,即工艺系统刚度、零件结构、工艺路线、走刀策略及工件装夹等的基础上,提出了控制零件加工变形,提高工件精度的工艺技术方案,对此类零件的数控加工有一定的参考作用。
Faced with the process plight of thin-wall parts, main factors that impact the machining of this kind of parts are analyzes: rigid of process system, part structure, process route, tool path?strategy and workpiece clamping etc. Solutions of controlling machining deformation and processing technology measures of improving the accuracy of the workpiece are proposed, which is of practical guidance.
