The Application of CNC Cycle Time Sample and Controls

为了监控、调整CNC机床节拍以满足发动机生产需求,我们用LabVIEW和OPC软件开发了CNC机床节拍监控系统,在这半年的应用过程中,该系统为调整机床节拍、预测和预防部件损坏提供了大量有用的数据,可以把该系统推广到拥有大量机加工设备的工厂中去,提高生产效率。

In order to monitor and adjust the CNC cycle time to meet the market demand of engines ,we developed the Application of CNC Cycle Time Sample and Controls system with the tool of LabVIEW and OPC software. The system had been implemented half a years ago and it do provide lots of useful data for adjusting cycle time, predictive and preventative maintenance. This system can be implemented in the machining line , especially in the plant with a lot of machining tools.
