摘要
通过对某型微型车翼子板双动斜楔翻边模设计过程的阐述,归纳总结了双动翻边类模具的设计思路和方法,探讨了在冲压工艺及模具结构层面,保障此类零件品质的工艺技术。
As the transitional part from the post and the front wall of micro-car, fender matched edges one more part around it. Quality of sheet metal directly influence on quality of car. We summarize the design methodology in this paper, according to ausarbeitung design process of double-action cam flanging dies. How to ensure this kind of part' s quality at the lavel of technology and die structure is the objective of this paper.
