As the transitional part from the post and the front wall of micro-car, fender matched edges one more part around it. Quality of sheet metal directly influence on quality of car. We summarize the design methodology in this paper, according to ausarbeitung design process of double-action cam flanging dies. How to ensure this kind of part＇ s quality at the lavel of technology and die structure is the objective of this paper.
