可变抽样区间的几何EWMA控制图设计 被引量:3

摘要 传统的c图是基于过程服从泊松分布的假设建立的,但是,这个假设在使用中很少能得到证实,其分布还经常服从几何分布。文章设计了几何EWMA控制图,并对它进行可变抽样区间设计,利用马尔可夫链方法计算了其平均报警时间,结果表明,所设计的可变抽样区间几何EWMA控制图较固定抽样区间的几何EWMA控制图能更好地监控过程的变化。
