连续料位计在延迟焦化装置的工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 延迟焦化工艺被认为是进行渣油深加工的重要手段。近几年来,延迟焦化加工工艺不断进步,国内外延迟焦化装置数量及加工能力不断增加。为发挥设备利用率,最大限度提高装置加工量,充分利用焦炭塔的有效空间是最为经济、直接的手段,而最关键的问题就是准确监控焦炭塔的料位。从γ射线连续料位计的应用前景、系统构成、测量原理以及现场应用等方面,介绍天津石化2号延迟焦化装置γ射线连续料位计在监测焦炭塔料位高度方面的应用。现场应用方面,从安全挖掘焦炭塔潜能,提高处理量;适时注入消泡剂,降低三剂消耗量;有效监测泡沫层变化,提高焦炭塔操作的安全性;自动测量焦炭塔焦高,降低劳动强度四个方面,阐述了γ射线连续料位计的应用效果。应用实践表明,使用γ射线连续料位计,能够有效控制焦炭塔的安全空高,通过监测泡沫层的高度变化,能够合理利用焦炭塔的有效空间,提高焦炭塔的利用率,降低消泡剂的注入量,提高装置加工负荷。 Delayed coking is considered an important approach to deep processing residual oil.In recent years, delayed coking technology has been advancing continuously and the world's delayed coking units and processing capacity have been increasing rapidly.To maximize equipment utilization and raise the processing output of units as much as possible, making the best use of the effective room in the coking tower is the most economic direct approach and the key to the success of the approach is the accurate monitoring of the feed level of the coking tower.This article describes the application of T-ray continuous level gages in monitoring the level of feeds in the coking tower of Sinopec Tianjin Company's No.2 delayed eoking unit,including the prospect for the application of T-ray continuous level gages ,the composition of such level gage systems ,measurement principles and field applications.The article also analyzes the effect of application of T-ray continuous level gages from four aspects ,including tapping the potential of the eoking tower to raise processing capacity ,timely injecting de-foaming agents to reduce the use of three types of agents,effectively monitoring the change of the foam layer to raise the safety of operations for the coking tower and automatically measuring the level of coke in the coking tower to reduce labor intensity.Application results show that the use of Tray continuous level gages can effectively control the safe overhead clearance for the coking tower,and can, by monitoring the change of the level of the foam layer,make full use of the effective room in the coking tower to raise the utilization rate of the eoking tower,reduce the amount of de-foaming agents injected and increase the processing capacity of units.
