18F-FDG联合11C-乙酸盐PET-CT在肝癌诊断中的应用 被引量:2

The applications of 18F-FDG combined with 11C-acetate PET-CT imaging in the diagnosis of hepatic cancer

摘要 原发性肝癌位居发展中国家肿瘤发病率的第三位,严重威胁人们的健康和生命,CT、MRI、超声等传统影像检查方法虽然可以诊断大部分病灶,但对于传统检查方法难以诊断的原发性肝癌,PEF—CT可以作为有效的补充检查方法。18F—FDGPET—CT诊断原发性肝癌的阳性率较低,对于18F—FDGPET—CT阴性的肝脏病灶,再结合11C-乙酸盐PET—CT,可大大提高PET—CT诊断肝癌的灵敏度和准确率。 The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma which threatens our health and life seriously ranks third in all the tumors in developing countries. Though most of the disease can be diagnosed by traditional imaging method such as CT, MRI, ultrasonography, for primary hepatocellular cartinoma that diagnoses hard with triditional method, PET-CT can be used as an effective supplement methods. The positive rale of 18F-FDG PET-CT in diagnosis of primary hepatocarcinoma was low. But when combined with HC-acetate PET- CT, the sensitivity and accurary of 18F-FDG PET-CT in diagnosis of primary hepatocarcinoma could be improved.
