摘要
为提高电动汽车的整体能源利用效率,通过运动学和动力学对电动机和蓄电池等关键部件进行了动力匹配研究。从加速性能、爬坡性能、最高车速和电机最高转速4个方面确定了电动机的参数;从续驶里程和输出功率两方面确定了蓄电池的参数。对电动汽车变速比传动和固定速比传动的加速性能进行了对比研究,通过"新丝绸之路"行活动对电动汽车的性能进行了实验测试。研究结果表明:改装电动汽车保留原有燃油汽车的档位,可实现对电动机输出转矩、转速的再分配,提高车辆的启动力矩;同时有利于缩小车辆的加速时间,改善其加速性能。
To improve the global efficiency of energy consume of battery electric vehicle, the power matching on both motor and battery is carried out using dynamics and kinematics analysis. The parameters of the motor are determined from the accelerating performance, the climbing performance, the maximum body velocity and the maximum rotating velocity; the parameters of the battery are determined from the driving range and its output power. The comparison studies are carried out on the accelerating performance of the vehicle under variable transmission ratio and fixed transmission ratio, respectively. By the " New-Silk Road" driving contest, the performances of the battery electric vehicle were tested. The results showed that the refitted electric vehicle can realize the re-distribution of the torque and the rotating velocity by reserving the gearbox, which can increase the starting torque shorten the accelerating time and improve the accelerating performance of the vehicle.
