摘要 针对汽车上广泛应用的复杂截面弯曲型材零件,采用关系数据库和基于相似度计算的实例检索算法,设计开发了复杂截面空间拉弯成形回弹经验数据库系统。在模具设计过程中进行回弹补偿,为减少修模次数和提高模具的开发效率奠定了基础。 In this paper, the springback database system for the stretch bending with complex section was developed by using the relation database and retrieval algorithm for the stretch bending parts with complesx section in auto. Applying the present database system to compemsate the springback in the process of die design would reduce the times of design and mending die and increase the manufacturing efficiency.
