The folklores are main selling point in many tourist destinations.When developing the folklores into animation products,not only the folklores could be protected but also the local tourist industry could be promoted.This paper deals with the collaborative development ideas of local folklore and animation industry.It discusses the problem from five aspects:the developing contents and the approaches,the profitable safeguard measures,the risk control measures,the developing steps and operations and the measures of raising money.
