摘要
生源普通话水平差异、毕业生就业取向的多元化、方言区普通话学习障碍是新时期民族地区高师院校普通话教学共同面临的问题。民族地区高师院校的普通话教学改革重在立足民族地区教学实际,充分认识学生生源基础和社会发展多元化需求,树立以人为本、因材施教的教学观念,合理处理普通话教学与普通话测试技能培训的关系,创新分层滚动教学模式,以适应地方经济社会对高校人才培养的新要求。
Common speech teaching faces many obstacles in the teachers' colleges in the ethnic areas,such as original low level of common speech,professional diversity among the graduates and difficulties of common speech learning in the ethnical areas,etc,therefore,common speech teaching in teachers' colleges in these areas should be practiced on the basis of enough knowledge of the low original levels of the students from the ethnic areas and differences in more respects with the human-based conception of employing teaching methods according to the students' respective aptitudes,and the teaching mode should also be reformed and innovated to meet the demand of talent training in colleges and universities by local economic development in ethnic areas.
