This paper makes a general introduction to the academic achievements of The History of yuefu Poetry after the Tanng Dynsty by Wang Huibin,including its rectification of some statement on the history of yuefu poetry,its definition of this specific genre and classification of all the styles with close analysis of their characteristics,and points out its great academic value and significances.
