摘要
前些年大家都在讨论比较教育学科的身份危机,然而近年来世界各国,特别是发展中国家比较教育学科的发展依然繁荣,其生命力何在?笔者重申了作为比较教育方法论框架的国际教育交流论坛这一观点的重要性,认为随着知识经济的发展以及世界的多极化和经济体的多元化发展,今天世界各国的教育更需要在真诚沟通的前提下,在教育理论、观念、价值、制度、政策和实践领域互相交流,在具有跨文化性、发展性和预测性的国际性课题中相互合作。由此可见,把比较教育作为国际教育交流论坛,就可以摆脱比较教育学科身份危机的困境,开拓比较教育研究新的广阔天地。
The identity crisis of Comparative Education was once a great concern a few years ago. But nowadays Comparative Education is still flourishing all over the world, especially in developing countries. Why? The author of this article re-stresses the importance of the methodological framework of Comparative Education as an international education exchange forum. It believes that with the development of knowledge economy, multi-polarization of the world order and diversity of economic powers, there is a greater need to exchange their education theories, ideals, values, systems, policies and practice experiences among all countries based on sincere communication. They need to cooperate with each other in the international research projects with cross-cultural, developmental and prospects nature. Taking Comparative Education as an international education exchange forum will help to overcome its identity crisis and expanding its new research horizon.
