A Perspective of Operational Logic behind International Organizations' Education Policy:Case Studies of World Bank and OECD

摘要 作为著名的两个国际组织,世界银行和经合组织的教育政策有其自身的发展历史。权力分布和新自由主义理念是这两个国际组织教育政策背后的两大运作逻辑。尽管国际组织并不是完美无缺的,但是在全球化的进程中,国际组织的作用将会越来越大。因此,我们应认识到国际组织的双面性,采取正确的立场和方法。 As two well-known international organizations, World Bank and OECD's education policy has its own development history. Power distribution and neoliberal concept are the two logic operations behind education policy of the two organizations. International organizations are not perfect, but in the process of globalization, the role of international organizations will be increasing. Thus we should recognize the double-sided nature of international organizations, and adopt the right standpoint and methods.
