摘要
通过二氧化钛(TiO2)浸渍固载磷钨酸(HPW)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)共溶固载磷钨酸制备负载型光催化剂HPW/TiO2及HPW/PVA,在紫外光照下以水体中的Mn2+作为光催化净化对象,研究了HPW负载量、Mn2+初始浓度、体系pH对Mn2+净化效果的影响以及光催化反应过程中负载型催化剂的循环使用。结果表明,负载型HPW/TiO2催化剂具有较单一TiO2和HPW/PVA更高的光催化活性。当HPW负载量20%、Mn2+初始浓度40 mg.L-1、体系pH为6.7时,HPW/TiO2光催化氧化Mn2+的去除率达到83.1%,重复使用6次活性无明显下降。
Two supported phosphotungstic acid (HPW) photocatalysts entitled as HPW/TiO2 and HPW/PVA were prepared via immersion and codissplution, respectively. Effects of I-IPW loading, initial concentration of Mn^2+ and pH of reaction system on the removal efficiency of Mn^2+ from water were studied under ultraviolet light irradiation. The separation and recovery of supported catalyst and its reuse were also investigated. Experimental results show that the photocatalytic activity of HPW/TiO2 is higher than pure TiO2 and HPW/PVA. The removal efficiency of Mn2+ is 83.1% under photocatalytic reaction conditions as follows: 20% HPW loading, initial p(Mn2+)=40 mg. L^-1, pH=6.7. No evident decrease in photocatalytic activity was found after 6th reuse of HPW/TiO2.
