摘要
本文研究了重金属Zn、Pb、Cu、Cd对栉孔扇贝胚胎及幼体的急性和慢性毒性效应,得出四种重金属离子对胚胎的48hEC_(50)值分别为127、303、17、290PPb;对直线铰合幼体的48hLC_(50)值分别为733、1023、45、302PPb;对幼体(直线铰合幼体至眼点幼体)的慢性毒性阈浓度Lim_(cb)值分别为40、50、3、10PPb.以上各值不包括自然海水中有关重金属离子的浓度(PPb)Zn<13.3,Pb<3.8,Cu<3.1及cd<0.6.
The acute and chronic effects of four metals Zn, Pb,Cu and Cd on the incubation, survival, development and metamorphosis of the fertilized eggs and larvae of scallop, Chlamys far-reri Jones et Preston were studied.The experimental results showed that the 48hEC50values (in ppb for embryoes are 127, 303, 17 and 290, the 48hLC50 values (in ppb) for the straight-hinged veligers are 733, 1023, 45 and 302, and the chronic toxic threshold concentration Limch values (in ppb) for larvae are 40, 50, 3 and 10, respectively. All the values do not include following background concentrations (in ppb) of heavy metal ions in the natural seawater, Zn< 13. 3, Pb<3. 8 Cu<3. 1and Cd<0. 6.
