摘要
采用压缩活性炭-超滤(EAC-UF)组合工艺处理微污染水制备优质饮用水,考察该工艺去除CODMn、Cl-、浊度和Fe3+的效果。结果表明,EAC-UF不仅能有效地去除有机物、浊度,对铁和Cl-也有较好的去除效果,且出水中悬浮物SS、细菌和大肠菌群数未检测出。该工艺运行稳定,出水水质满足GB 5749-2001要求。
The combined process of extruded activated carbon (EAC) and ultrafiltration membrane (UF) was applied for treatment of tiny pollution water and the effect of dosage of powdered activated carbon on operation performance of UF was studied. The removal efficiencies of COD, CI, turbidity and Fe3+ in the combined process were investigated. The treatment process automated completely was ranning steadily. The water quality met standard for purified drinking water (GB 5749-2001). The EAC-UF process incorporation could remove not only organics and turbidity, but also Fe and Cl- effectively, and the suspended substance (SS), bacterium and coli group number had not been detected in outlet water.
