信息化视野下外交口译教学中的多层规范 被引量:5

The Multi-layered Norms for Diplomatic Interpreting Teaching in the Perspective of Informatization

摘要 外交口译有别于其他领域里的翻译,其即时性、动态性、交际性和政治敏感性都比较强,是最为复杂的翻译活动之一,其特殊性也给翻译教学带来很大的挑战。外交口译教学必须根据外交口译的特点,突破传统的口译教学理念和模式,充分利用现代信息技术的优势,导入多层规范化意识,使学生的口译实践从低层次的语言规范,转向高层次的政治、文化和审美规范,全面实现翻译的文化调停功能。 Diplomatic interpreting differs greatly from that for any other fields in that it is strongly featured with instantaneity, dynamicity, communicativeness and political sensitivity as one of the most complicated translation activities, thus having posed a great challenge to the interpretation teaching for its peculiarity. Interpreting teaching for foreign affairs should bring into full play the advantages of the modern information technologies, introduce the multi-tier norms ideology by breaking through the conventional interpretation teaching ideas and models so as to shift the students' interpretation practice from the lower level of linguistic regularity to the higher level of political, cultural and esthetic regularity and give full scope to the cultural mediation functions of interpretation.
