肿瘤专科医院112名护士癌痛知识培训效果分析

目的探讨有效的癌痛知识培训方法,提高护士对癌痛知识掌握的程度。方法对研究对象进行短期集中培训,采用自制的调查问卷评价培训效果。结果培训后护士对癌痛知识总体掌握程度高于培训前,各维度癌痛知识掌握情况明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);培训后中专学历护士对癌痛知识的掌握程度低于本科及大专学历护士,差异有统计学意义(x2=16.419,P<0.05)。结论理论与实践相结合的短期集中培训效果显著,应加强对癌痛的"非药物治疗手段"及中专学历护士的培训。

Objective To approach the effective training method of the pain intelligence causing by cancer,then elevate the handling level of paining intelligence. Methods Self-management self-effi cacy questionnaire participated in this study in order to evaluate the short-term training result for the nurse. Results The nurse receiving training preferably apprehension the ensemble paining intelligence than The nurse without training,and the difference has statistical significanc（P〈0.05） . The handling level of paining intelligence for secondary vocational school education nurse is lower than bachelor degree nurse and three-year college education nurse,and the difference has statistical signifi canc（x2=16,419,P〈0.05） .Conclusion The training method combining theory with practice excellently is effective. To strengthen the training content concerning drug treatment and the training object for the secondary vocational school education nurse.
