我院抗感染药物临床使用现状、原因及对策

目的通过监测分析解放军第155医院临床科使用抗感染药物的现状,研究解决合理应用抗感染药物的对策。方法感染办对近2年来出院、住院病例进行监测,从中发现不合理使用抗感染药物的现状及其因素,探讨在医院感染管理中如何指导临床科合理用药,作出综合评论。结果在抗感染药物使用中,出现三多一长的不规范、不合理的现象,必须采取充分发挥3个作用和1个教育的对策。结论通过监测,发现问题,提出相应对策,使抗感染药物使用率由86.0%降到49.5%,明显改善了不合理使用抗感染药物的现象。

Objective Analyzed by monitoring clinical status of the use of anti-infective drugs research to solve a reasonable response to the application of anti-infective drugs . Methods Infection in the past two years to do on discharged inpatients monitored from discovery of the irrational use of anti-infective factors in the status quo and to explore the management of infection in the hospital how to guide clinical rational drug use,a comprehensive review. Results The use of anti-infective drugs in the hospital,there are more than three non-standard of a long and unreasonable phenomenon must be taken to give full play to the three roles and an educational response. Conclusion Through monitoring,identify problems,propose appropriate measures to enable the anti-infective drugs in our hospital utilization rate fell to 86.0% from 50.6%,significant improvement in the irrational use of the phenomenon of anti-infective drugs.
