门诊药房工作模式的改革与创新

门诊药房的工作是医院药学的重要组成部分,也是医院直接面对患者服务的重要窗口。门诊药房工作模式的改革与创新是提高服务质量,保证患者用药安全的重要保障,也是提高医院整体服务水平的重要标志。本文分析了传统门诊药房工作模式存在的问题及原因,阐释了门诊药房工作模式与改革的必要,认为门诊药房工作模式应从药房环境设施、药学服务人员、药学咨询服务、药房管理制度建设以及计算机网络等几方面加以改善。
