缬沙坦对原发性高血压及其肾功能作用的研究

目的探讨缬沙坦对原发性高血压及其肾功能作用的研究。方法选取2010年1月～2011年1月门诊和住院的原发性高血压患者50例,观察和对比患者治疗前后的心率、动态血压和肾功能参数。结果患者治疗前后的血和尿β2-MG差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);患者治疗后肌酐、钾离子和血尿素氮均有所降低,但差异不具有显著性(P>0.05);患者治疗前后的dSBP、dDBP、nSBP、nDBP、24hMSBP和24hMDBP差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);而患者治疗前后HR差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论采用缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压,其降压效果有效、稳定,且对肾功能也有一定的保护作用。

Objective To learn research of Valsartan on primary hypertension and renal function.Methods 50 patients of primary hypertension are from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011.Compare the heart rate,ambulatory blood pressure and renal function data before and after surgery.Results The diverse of blood and urine β2-MG of patients before and after surgery has significance（P〈0.05） .The Cr,K＋ and BUN reduce after surgery（P〉0.05） .The dSBP,dDBP,nSBP,nDBP,24hMSBP and 24hMDBP has significance（P〈0.05） .The diverse of HR of patients before and after surgery has no significance（P〉0.05） .Conclusion Primary hypertension treated with Valsartan is effect and stable,and can preserve renal function.
