摘要
选择本校临床医学专业2007级本科部分班级应用案例式教学法进行医学影像学授课。在教学过程中,通过各种测试和问卷调查动态观察该教学法的教学效果。测试结果表明案例式教学法多次测试成绩均显著高于传统多媒体教学法;调查问卷结果显示学生对案例式教学法满意度均显著高于传统多媒体教学法。案例式教学法不仅融汇基础与临床知识,拓展学生知识野、实现理论与实践相结合,培养临床思维、而且调动学生积极性和学习热情,实现师生互动,显著提高教学质量。
By adopting the guidance-cases teaching method in medical radiology in part of 2007 classes of clinic medicine,During the teaching period,by performing various of tests and questionnaire survey to object the teaching quality.The results indicate the scores of tests by guidance-cases teaching method are higher than the traditional multimedia teaching method.The questionnaire survey indicates the satisfaction degree of guidance-cases teaching method is higher than that of traditional multimedia teaching method.Guidance-cases teaching method can combine theory with practice,and can combine the preclinical medicine and clinical knowledge,extend the field,achieve to combine theory with reality,train the clinical thinking,and stimulate the study interesting and passion of students,realize the effective interaction between teachers and students.Guidance-cases teaching method can improve the teaching quality significantly.
