摘要
稀释冷冻脱蜡是一种新的脱蜡工艺.本文着重阐明它的基本原理.根据工业试验的结果,滤速提高10~40%;脱蜡油收率增加约7%;蜡的含油率降到约12%,对影响脱蜡效果的因素如喷射混合的作用;稀冷塔内的冷却速度;最适宜的溶剂冷却温度和进稀冷塔原料油的温度等进行初步探讨.
The roles of the factor which affect the dilchill process were studied,such as the action of the instantaneous mixing of the oil and the cold solvent;the chilling rate of the mixture in the dilchill column;the optimum temperatures of the cold solvent and the entering oil.Appropriate operating conditions were found out. Under these conditions the rate of filtration increased 10-40%;the yields of the dewaxing oil increased 3-7% and the oil content of the wax may decrease to about 12%. The underlying principles of the dilchill process were also discussed.
